CJ,

I agree with almost everything you said. However, I do not believe that "Obama may have had some responsibility for the criminal activities of ACORN when he was a community organizer". Barack Obama trained ACORN workers to do what they do. He had more than "some responsibility". Obama was very much involved with the illegalities that were and still are being being perpetrated by ACORN.

Lorraine Reynolds demonstrates the future under a Obama administration. Anyone that would question the messiah will be struck down.

Sarah Palin is so feared by the liberal left that they would kill off McCain the President to strike fear in the hearts of liberals that fear a Palin Presidency.

It is Palin, not Obama or Biden that has proven experience as an executive. McCain has years of experience as a military commander (executive). Neither Obama or Biden have even one minute of experience where they have held a position in which they could be held responsible for the sucess or failure of an activity they supervised.

One might attempt to stretch the truth a bit and concede that Obama may have had some reponsibility for the criminal activities of Acorn when he was a community organizer.

The two most costly failures in the history of this country have been the "New Deal" and the "Great Society". Obama will attempt to bring us the "Raw Deal" in where the workers are taxed even more to provide foreign vacations, big screen TV's, cell phones and automobiles to those on the public dole.

On her worst day, Sarah Palin wil make a better chief executive than Obama or Biden on their best day!

Lorraine: Nancy Pelosi wants to take over 401K's. Both sides have been vicious. The CEO's should be criminally charged or at least investigated, I agree. I think everybody is arguing over "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin" when it comes to Joe the Plumber. We can argue about numbers, whether Joe the Plumber can afford to buy a business and so on. The real issue is whether or not anyone's taxes should increase. We already have a progressive tax structure where the "rich" pay over 70% of all Federal taxes already. The rich will always be fine so they can withstand whatever tax they have to pay. The problem is they will adjust by decreasing their expenses which will hurt present workers and future workers. We want them to invest in their business by adding more employees. More employees means more people paying taxes which means more money (not less) in the federal budget. The goal is to generate more tax revenue and the way to do it is to REDUCE TAXES, not increase them. Its been proven time and time again and Obama knows it, which leads reasonable people to believe he is doing it on purpose and that is "redistributing the wealth" and not creating it which is a socialist mantra. We don't want the government giving handouts, we want our government to give a "hand up". That way we are in charge of ourselves, not some corrupt beurocrat in Washington. That's when the "CEO types" that are buddies of the beurocrats get the cherry jobs and we fight for the crumbs that are left. Of all four candidates, there's only one that has to live like the rest of us and that's Sarah Palin. If she ever became President, I'm confident she would do what she did in Alaska and take this country in the right direction. There's a reason why her own state loves her and gave her an 80% approval rating. Please don't be mislead by the MSM. The lady's a born leader, a doer not a talker, and she's one of us.

Where do you find all of these people ? First of all, I wondered about Joe the plumber, because he had his arms crossed (body language said he was NOT listening to Obama), no matter what he said. Our government has not hesitated to raise taxes on the vast, hard working middle class, since forever, but do not mind giving tax breaks to the rich, and to huge businesses, and the first time someone wants to level the taxation (increase on the rich), he's accused of being a socialist. Who came up with the idea Democrat's want to get rid of 401K's? Come on now, the republican's want to let all of the older people use up to 20 percent of their 401K's to invest as they want, or spend as they want. When these people have spent money that they normally have never had in a lump sum, they will blow it and be desititute later in their retirement. And the Stock market people will be glad to invest the money for them, taking of course a percentage. When John McCain did not know how many HOMES he owned, Maybe he doesn't really feel the way the rest of us do. Every time we have an election, the republican's don't want us to think about how bad things are, they bring out the fear and hate cards. I feel that America was made great because we had so many people of different religions, different beliefs, and different ethnic background, all striving for freedom to live their lives without someone telling them how to live them. They all pulled together to keep that freedom. When the campaign gets down and dirty, and I feel sick at my stomach , I keep wondering where Karl Rove is, as that is the type of politic's he is famous for. If McCain is elected, I assure you, he will have a heart attack within six months and Sarah Palin will be our president. I don't hear anyone talking about the loss of many freedoms right here in America, just so things will go easier for the President to control. As far as Joe the plumber, is he high or what? Without even an application to be a plumbers helper, then a journeyman, then a ?master plumber with a license and a member of a union, and he's worried about a 3percent increase in the taxes if he ever makes that kind of money without the training for a plumber? Something sounded fishy I think. Oh well, that's just the practical side of me. If John McCain wanted to allow the homeless to occupy the homes he is not living in, for free, I would wonder what kind of tax break he was getting. Every one is worried about letting the CEO's walk away with plenty of bonuses, because they work hard, I am in shock. If you ask me, they work in air conditioned offices, and the only sweat they ever work up is perhaps while they are playing golf. I am sorry, but when I think of hard workers, who earn every penny they are paid, work construction, or other manual labor, 8 to 12 hours a day. No air conditioned offices, and too often, not enough to feed and educate their families. Who do these CEO's think they are to make that much money? When did greed override ethics, and a sense of a job well done? I am a registered republican, but feel just sick over where we are going as a country. I sure hope who ever wins, will pull everyone together on one path in the future.
