Bill Clinton Kicks Off ‘I Can’t Believe They Said That’ Seminar Series

In an interview with the BBC recorded in Africa, Bill Clinton said a key element in battling AIDS was to “place a new emphasis on monogamy.”

Former President Clinton will speak to Africa about monogamy at 8 a.m. tomorrow as part of a day-long series of educational seminars. Here’s the rest of tomorrow’s schedule:
