Webster’s II, New College Dictionary defines brainwashing as:

1. Intensive, forcible indoctrination aimed at changing a person’s basic convictions and attitudes and replacing them with an alternative set of beliefs.

2. The use of a concentrated means of persuasion to develop a specific belief or motivation.

The Encarta World English Dictionary defines brainwash as:

1. impose beliefs on somebody: to impose a set of usually political or religious beliefs on somebody by the use of various coercive methods of indoctrination, including destruction of the victim’s prior beliefs

2. condition somebody to behave differently: to induce somebody to believe or do something, for example, to buy a new product, especially by constant repetition or advertising

Through gender feminist STOP (Services, Training, Officers, Prosecutors) grant training, funded through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), America’s judiciary (and others) are brainwashed into believing and applying a corrupt, evil, unconstitutional set of Stalinist feminist methods in our courts of law.

Today as I protested at the Van Nuys Government Center, I recalled an occasion when I was shopping at a local store wearing a T-shirt that said, “FEMINIST LIES MAKE BAD LAWS.” A man came up to me and introduced himself, told me he really liked my T-shirt, told me he was a criminal defense attorney, then told me a short story. He said a judge he knows told him that one time he (the judge) was receiving domestic violence training in a class that was apparently being put on by gender feminist ideologues. At one point the judge questioned the lack of emphasis on the need to follow “due process,” and take “facts in evidence” into consideration. “Get this,” said the lawyer, “when the judge asked his question a woman in the back of the classroom, affiliated with the training, booed him.” “Can you believe that,” he asked me, “they actually had the gall to boo a judge, asking questions as important as that.”

Yes, it is quite a shock to witness the Stalinist re-education (brainwashing) methods being forced upon our servants of the law these days. I’m sure it is equally a shock for servants of the law to find out that it can be politically and career hazardous for them, if they don’t get their “minds right” according to gender feminist ideological dictates. Consequently, what we have today in America is not an independent judiciary, or a fair and impartial legal system. Instead, we have is a legal system that is made up of brainwashed automatons, who turn out skewed “legal” decisions that conform to corrupt, gender feminist, political ideology. We have a judiciary that has been told what to think, instead of to independently follow law. The desired, gender feminist, political outcome has become the goal of the legal process. Instead of the process independently leading to where ever it will based on facts and due process, the desired, gender feminist, political outcome is clearly the end product of “justice,” with the law being used as nothing more than a tool to frame and bring about the evil, gender feminist tyranny.

On Pp. 182 of his new book Taken Into Custody, Dr. Stephen Baskerville writes:

Describing accused fathers not as “defendants” but as “perpetrators” and “batterers,” while omitting the word “alleged” is the norm not only in feminist literature but in media reports and, most seriously, in state and federal statutes.

Dr. Baskerville goes on to cite the comments of Judge Richard Russell:

“Your job is not to become concerned about the constitutional rights of the man that you’re violating as you grant a restraining order,” Ocean City, New Jersey, Municipal Court Judge Richard Russell instructed his fellow judges at a government training seminar in 1994: Throw him out on the street, give him the clothes on his back and tell him, “See ya around.” …The woman needs this protection because the statute granted her that protection… They have declared domestic violence to be an evil in our society. So we don’t have to worry about the rights.”

Apparently, lessons about totalitarian 1984 and brainwashed Manchurian Candidates have become passé in our modern day, for these stories no longer shock the senses as they once did. One need only go as close as their local courthouse to find gender feminist examples of the Marxist derivative. Gender feminist brainwashing and gender feminist, tyrannical totalitarianism appear so entrenched in America’s legal processes that one can only wonder how long the Stars and Stripes will fly over America’s courthouses, instead of the hammer and sickle or some other Marxist spawned identifier.
