It's safe to assume that Miss Teen South Carolina can't find the U.S. on a world map.

Wot, no 'World Peace' worked into her speech? Poor girl was obviously overcome by emotion.
I think she was trying to say that Americans can't locate America because Everywhere is America. Paris, Texas, is the main city in France County; China is a couple of blocks in downtown San Francisco; New England is Olde England that was dismantled and shipped over from somewhere to New Joisy. And of course South Africa, just outside of New Orleans really does need schools.
